| CTL Epitopes of Tumor-Associated Antigens and Related Peptides |

QCB is now offering several Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte (CTL) epitopes of tumor-associated antigens. These tumor specific antigenic peptides represent interesting targets for immunotherapy.
Tumor-associated antigens currently available are the following.
- gp100 melanoma-associated antigen
- MAGE-3 (melanoma antigen gene)
- ML-IAP (melanoma inhibitor of apoptosis protein)
- NY-ESO-1 (New York esophageal antigen)
- Survivin 2B(80-88)
- TRAG-3 (taxol-resistant associated antigen)
- Tyrosinase
Several peptide epitopes also have been conjugated to the tetanus toxoid helper peptide (QYIKANSKFIGITEL) either directly (gp100 280-288) or as multiple epitopes in a dual branched MAP complex with the tetanus toxoid peptide at the C-terminus (TRAG-3 (34-48), TRAG-3 (58-66).
