Thrombin mediates its effects through protease-activated receptors (PARs). PAR1, PAR2 and PAR4 are activated by thrombin. Thrombin Receptor Activator Peptides (TRAPs) and Proteinase Activated Receptor peptides (PARs) are now being offered as catalog products.
